1. Service Description

OFFR.cash provides motivated seller leads to real estate wholesalers and investors. Leads consist of skiptraced homeowner contact information from individuals who have responded to outreach expressing interest in selling their property.

2. Lead Replacement Policy

To claim a replacement, you must attempt to contact the lead at least 5 times (calls + texts), document those attempts with screenshots, and submit them via your private Telegram channel. Once verified, your replacement is delivered as soon as the next qualified lead is generated for your zipcode. All sales are final — OFFR.cash offers lead replacements, not refunds. 3. Delivery Timeline

Leads are delivered as they are generated — as motivated sellers respond to outreach in your target zipcodes.

4. Prohibited Use

Leads provided by OFFR.cash are for the buyer's use only and may not be resold or redistributed to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

OFFR.cash does not guarantee that any lead will result in a closed transaction. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from buyer's use of the leads.
