Lead Replacement Policy

Replacement Eligibility
To claim a lead replacement, the following criteria must be met:
- The lead must have been called AND texted a minimum of 5 times across separate attempts.
- Attempts must be documented with screenshots showing call logs and text history.
- Screenshots must be submitted via the client's private Telegram channel.
- Once submitted and verified, the replacement lead will be delivered as soon as the next qualified lead is generated for that zipcode.
- Replacements are fulfilled in order of submission — not immediately.
No Refund Policy
- OFFR.cash has a strict no-refund policy on all purchases.
- All sales are final.
- Replacements are available exclusively for leads that meet the 5-contact attempt criteria above.
- No exceptions will be made for change of mind, market conditions, or zipcode availability.
