Lead Replacement Policy

Replacement Eligibility

To claim a lead replacement, the following criteria must be met:

  • The lead must have been called AND texted a minimum of 5 times across separate attempts.
  • Attempts must be documented with screenshots showing call logs and text history.
  • Screenshots must be submitted via the client's private Telegram channel.
  • Once submitted and verified, the replacement lead will be delivered as soon as the next qualified lead is generated for that zipcode.
  • Replacements are fulfilled in order of submission — not immediately.

No Refund Policy

  • OFFR.cash has a strict no-refund policy on all purchases.
  • All sales are final.
  • Replacements are available exclusively for leads that meet the 5-contact attempt criteria above.
  • No exceptions will be made for change of mind, market conditions, or zipcode availability.
